What we collect
Account details (name, email, date of birth for age checks), your entries and ticket history, payment metadata from our processor (we never store full card numbers), and basic device/usage data to keep the service secure and working.
Why we use it
- To run and verify draws, and to seal the entry ledger before each draw.
- To confirm you are 18+ and eligible before paying out a prize.
- To pay winners and prevent fraud and self-exclusion breaches.
- To send draw results and, only if you opt in, marketing.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We rely on contract to run raffles you enter, legal obligation for age and anti-fraud checks, legitimate interest for security, and consent for marketing — which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Entry and draw records are kept for the life of the sealed ledger so draws remain verifiable. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where law requires us to retain it (e.g. financial records).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to processing. Email our team from the Contactpage and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO.
