All promotions hosted on this website and on the RAFFLEBOT mobile application (together, the "Website", "App", or "Platform") are organised and operated by RAFFLEBOT LTD ("we", "us", "our", or the "Promoter"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Throughout these Terms, references to the "Website" apply equally to our mobile app and any other RAFFLEBOT platform through which entries can be made.

1.2 Support Response Commitment: The Promoter aims to respond to all official support enquiries and account verification queries within forty-eight (48) business hours.

1.3 Non-Affiliation Disclaimer: RAFFLEBOT LTD is an independent commercial entity. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the manufacturers, trademark owners, or distributors of any prizes featured on the Website (including, but not limited to, Apple, Google, Meta, Sony, Samsung, Pokémon, or any other brand). All brand names, logos, and registered trademarks remain the sole property of their respective owners.

2. Legal Framework & Nature of Competitions

2.1 Recreational Competition Draws: All promotions and competitions on the Website are commercial prize draws featuring both paid online entry mechanisms and a standard-cost alternative free postal entry route.

2.2 Non-Financial / Non-Investment Disclaimer: Entry into any competition is for recreational and entertainment purposes only. Ticket entries carry no guaranteed monetary return, surrender value, or investment yield. Entry fees represent the purchase of promotional entry allocations and are not refundable once allocated, except as expressly provided within these Terms.

2.3 Agreement to Terms: By registering an account, submitting an online entry, or posting a free postal entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility & Account Rules

3.1 Age and Residency: Entry is open strictly to individuals who satisfy both of the following criteria at the exact time of entry:

• Are aged eighteen (18) years or over; and
• Are legally resident in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man unless expressly stated).

3.2 One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) account. Operating duplicate accounts, alias profiles, joint accounts, or synthetic identities is strictly prohibited. If the Promoter discovers that an individual has created or controlled more than one account:

• All associated accounts will be permanently suspended;
• All active entries across all linked accounts will be immediately voided without refund; and
• Any prizes won across any linked profile will be forfeited.

3.3 Strict Underage Liability: If an entrant is determined to be under the age of 18 at the time of entry, their entries will be automatically voided, any prize claim will be immediately denied with no redraw entitlement, and paid entry fees will be retained to cover administrative verification costs.

3.4 Syndicate & Automated Play Prohibitions: Syndicate entry arrangements, commercial buying pools, and automated entry submissions are prohibited. Accounts must be registered in the entrant's legal personal name matching their official government identification.

4. How to Enter & Site Credit

4.1 Online Entry Process: To enter online, an entrant must log in to their registered account, select the desired draw, choose their entry quantity (subject to stated maximum limits), and complete payment via our approved payment gateway or valid site credit.

4.2 Finality of Entry Allocation: An entry is validly submitted once payment has successfully settled and unique entry numbers or allocation references have been generated in the Promoter's server database and displayed on your account dashboard.

4.3 Entry Limits: Each draw specifies a maximum cap on total entries available across the entire draw, a maximum entry cap per individual user, and a maximum number of entries permitted per single transaction. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel and refund any attempted purchase that breaches these limits.

4.4 Failed Payments & Chargebacks: If any payment is declined, recalled, or disputed via bank chargeback, all corresponding entries will be instantly voided from the active draw database.

4.5 Site Credit & Wallet Rules: Site credit awarded through promotions, giveaways, refunds, or promotional compensations is held in your virtual account wallet.

• Site credit can be used solely towards purchasing entry allocations on the Website.
• Non-Cash & Non-Withdrawable: Site credit has no real-world cash equivalent, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another user account, and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or card under any circumstances.
• Site credit may carry an expiration date as specified at the time of issue. Expired site credit cannot be reinstated.

5. Free Postal Entry Route

5.1 Equal Allocation: Every auto draw and instant win competition offers a standard-cost free postal entry route. Valid postal entries are processed into the same draw database and carry the exact same chance of winning as a paid online entry.

5.2 Postal Submission Requirements: To enter by post, send an individual, handwritten letter or postcard by standard first or second-class Royal Mail post to:

5.3 Required Information: The postal submission must be clearly handwritten in English and include:

• Full Legal Name;
• Date of Birth (confirming 18+ eligibility);
• Full UK Residential Postal Address;
• Contact Telephone Number and Registered Account Email Address;
• The exact title of the competition you wish to enter.

5.4 Conditions & 24-Hour Cut-Off Rule:

• Individual Submissions Only: Each postcard or letter entitles the entrant to one (1) entry. Bulk submissions contained in a single envelope, pre-printed labels, machine-printed cards, or hand-delivered letters will not be processed and will be discarded.
• Account Requirement: The entrant must have an active registered account on the Website matching the personal details provided on the postcard.
• 24-Hour Cut-Off: The postal entry must be physically received by the Promoter at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the advertised closing time of the draw. This window ensures adequate time for manual verification and database entry allocation. Entries arriving less than 24 hours before the draw will be void.
• Sold-Out Draws: If a draw sells out online before a validly received postal entry can be processed, the entrant will not be penalised; instead, the Promoter will allocate equivalent site credit to their account or enter them into an equivalent upcoming draw of identical value.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postal submissions lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected by Royal Mail.

6. Instant Wins

6.1 Nature of Instant Wins: Certain promotions include "Instant Win" prizes that can be revealed at the point of entry. Instant Win outcomes are pre-determined and sealed on our secure server database before entries open, using the same provably-fair, Drand-derived process described in Clause 9. The on-screen reveal is cosmetic only (see Clause 8).

6.2 Claiming Instant Wins: Instant Win prizes are recorded automatically to your account when won. Site-credit instant wins are added to your wallet; physical or cash instant wins are subject to the identity verification, delivery, and forfeiture rules in Clauses 10 and 11.

6.3 Finality: The server record of whether a given entry number holds an Instant Win prize is final and binding, regardless of any on-screen display, animation, or connectivity issue.

6.4 Free Postal Entry: Every instant win competition offers a standard-cost free postal entry route with the exact same chance of winning any instant prize as a paid online entry. Postal entries are drawn from the same sealed, provably-fair prize map, and the full postal entry instructions and conditions are set out in Clause 5.

7. Bonus & Grand Draws

7.1 End-of-Game Bonus Draws: Some Instant Win games also feature an end-of-game bonus or grand prize draw, drawn from all valid entries in that game once it closes, using the Public Drand beacon in accordance with Clause 9.

7.2 Scheduling & Winner Obligations: Bonus draws take place on schedule at game close, regardless of whether the game has sold out. The bonus winner is subject to the same notification, identity verification, forfeiture, publicity, and delivery rules as any other winner under these Terms.

8. Server-Side Determinism & Video Reveal Animation

8.1 Server-Side Finality: All entry allocations, winning ticket selections, instant win outcomes, and draw calculations occur exclusively and irrevocably on our secure backend server database.

8.2 Cosmetic Nature of Graphics: Any visual animations, on-screen video reveals, interactive spinning wheels, scratch-card simulations, or graphical reveal cards displayed on your screen are provided strictly for entertainment purposes.

8.3 Disclaimer of Visual Representation: Graphical animations do not calculate, determine, or alter the outcome of a draw. In the event of network lag, browser crashes, WebGL rendering failures, device battery death, or local display discrepancies, the immutable result logged on the Promoter's server database remains the sole, definitive, and legally binding record.

8.4 Anti-Tampering: Any attempt to inspect, alter, intercept, or exploit client-side scripts, network packets, or API endpoints will result in an immediate permanent ban, voiding of all active entries, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Winner Selection & Cryptographic Transparency (Public Drand)

9.1 Verifiable Randomness via Drand: All prize draws are conducted using the Public Drand Distributed Randomness Beacon (maintained by the independent League of Entropy).

9.2 Cryptographic Binding & Fairness:

• Prior to draw execution, our system commits to a specific future Drand round number or the first Drand round emitted immediately following draw closure.
• The 512-bit BLS threshold signature emitted by Drand is deterministically mapped across the total pool of allocated entry numbers using cryptographically secure algorithms (HMAC-SHA256 with rejection sampling) to guarantee uniform mathematical probability and eliminate modulo bias.
• Neither the Promoter, nor software developers, nor entrants can forecast, manipulate, or alter the winning entry number.

9.3 Independent Verification: Entrants can independently verify the cryptographic signature, round timestamp, randomness proof, and mathematical mapping of any completed draw at any time by clicking the "Verify" button on the respective draw page.

9.4 Fixed Closing Schedules: Draw closing times are fixed. Draws will proceed on schedule regardless of whether 100% of available entries have been allocated.

9.5 Force Majeure Early Closure: In the rare and exceptional event that a draw must be concluded earlier than the scheduled closing time due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control (including severe infrastructure migrations, emergency technical deprecation, or unavoidable regulatory compliance directives):

• Ticket entry allocations will be immediately sealed and locked at the exact moment of closure;
• No further entries will be permitted; and
• The winner will be selected fairly from the sealed pool of existing entries using the next immediately published Public Drand beacon round.

10. Prizes, Valuations & Delivery

10.1 Prize Descriptions: Prizes (consisting of consumer electronics, lifestyle goods, physical merchandise, or cash) are provided exactly as specified in the written listing for that promotion. Accompanying images are for illustrative reference only.

10.2 Irrevocable Cash Alternative: Where a cash alternative is advertised, the exact figure will be published on the draw listing. If a winner elects to take the cash alternative instead of the physical prize, this selection is final and cannot be reversed once confirmed in writing.

10.3 Delivery Timelines: Physical prizes will be dispatched to the winner's verified UK residential address via tracked and insured UK courier within four (4) working days following successful completion of identity verification.

10.4 Transfer of Risk: Risk of damage or loss passes entirely to the winner upon confirmed courier delivery to the address on file.

10.5 Manufacturer Warranties & Prize Substitution: The Promoter passes on any existing, transferable manufacturer warranties but provides no independent post-delivery warranty, servicing, or guarantee. If an advertised prize becomes discontinued, unavailable, or obsolete from UK distributors, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative item of equal or greater retail value, or provide the stated cash alternative.

11. Claiming Prizes & Mandatory ID Verification

11.1 Winner Contact: Winners will be contacted directly by the Promoter via the registered email address and/or telephone number associated with their account within forty-eight (48) hours of draw completion.

11.2 30-Day Claim Window: Winners must respond to the notification, accept the prize, and complete identity verification within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial contact attempt.

11.3 Mandatory ID Verification (£100+ Threshold): Any physical prize, gadget, or cash prize with an advertised retail value or cash value exceeding £100.00 requires mandatory identity and compliance verification prior to prize dispatch or bank transfer. To satisfy verification, the winner must provide:

• A clear, valid copy of a government-issued photo ID (UK Passport or UK Full Driving Licence);
• Proof of UK residential address dated within the previous three (3) months (utility bill, council tax statement, or bank statement); and
• For cash prizes: proof of a UK bank account held in the exact legal name matching the submitted photo ID and registered account details.

Payouts will never be transferred to third-party bank accounts, joint accounts where the winner is not named, corporate accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets.

11.4 Forfeiture and Redraw: If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to reply, fails or refuses identity verification, or is found to have breached eligibility criteria within the 30-calendar-day window, the prize will be deemed forfeited. In such cases, the Promoter will select an alternate winner from the remaining valid entries using the next sequential Drand beacon round.

12. Marketing Communications, Winner Publicity & UK GDPR Compliance

12.1 SMS Marketing & 10% Checkout Discount: By opting in to SMS communications at checkout, account registration, or via promotional pop-ups, you provide express affirmative consent to receive promotional marketing SMS messages regarding upcoming draws, promotional codes, special offers, and platform updates from RAFFLEBOT. Upon opting in to SMS communications, eligible entrants will receive a 10% discount applicable at checkout on eligible entry orders (subject to specific promotion terms, minimum spend rules, or single-use limits per account). Entrants may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to any received SMS message or by updating notification preferences within their account dashboard. Opting out will not affect your active draw entries.

12.2 Email Marketing Communications: By subscribing to our email newsletter or consenting during account creation, you agree to receive email communications regarding upcoming draws, winners announcements, exclusive discounts, and promotional campaigns. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in the footer of every marketing email or by modifying communication preferences in your dashboard.

12.3 Winner Publicity & ASA Compliance: To satisfy UK promotional marketing transparency standards and confirm that valid prizes have been awarded, the Promoter will publish the winner's surname and county of residence on the Website and official social channels following verification.

12.4 Right to Object (UK GDPR): Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, winners hold the legal right to object to the public display of their personal details or request that published information be limited. To exercise this right, notify customer support at support@rafflebot.com upon initial prize notification.

12.5 Statutory Regulatory Disclosures: Notwithstanding any privacy objection from an entrant, the Promoter remains legally obliged to provide full winner details and proof of prize award to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) or other statutory regulatory bodies upon formal request.

12.6 Voluntary Promotional Media: Where a winner voluntarily agrees to take photographs or record video footage with their prize, they grant RAFFLEBOT LTD a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such media across official marketing and social channels.

12.7 Data Retention: Identification documents collected under Clause 11 are processed through secure, encrypted channels solely for verification and compliance purposes, and are retained strictly in accordance with statutory data retention schedules before secure deletion.

13. Responsible Play, Cool-Off & Self-Exclusion Tools

13.1 Commitment to Player Protection: The Promoter is committed to encouraging responsible participation. We provide player protection tools directly within your user account dashboard.

13.2 Cool-Off Tool: Entrants may take a temporary break by activating a "Cool-Off" period directly from their account settings for a chosen duration (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During this time, you will be prevented from purchasing entries or entering draws.

13.3 Self-Exclusion: Entrants wishing to suspend their participation for an extended or indefinite period can activate the "Self-Exclusion" tool via their account dashboard.

13.4 Strict Irrevocability Clause: Important: To ensure effective protection, once a Cool-Off period or Self-Exclusion is activated, it cannot be lifted, shortened, overridden, or reversed under any circumstances, even upon direct request to customer support. The Promoter's team is technically and policy-restricted from undoing exclusions prior to the exact expiry of the selected term.

13.5 Proactive Safeguards: The Promoter reserves the right to unilaterally apply spending limits, cool-off periods, or account closures on any account where excessive play or signs of financial vulnerability are identified.

14. Disqualification & Fraud

14.1 Grounds for Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts if an entrant:

• Employs automated software, scripts, bots, macro tools, or multi-tab entry exploits;
• Uses VPNs, proxy servers, or IP spoofing to conceal their geographic location or circumvent UK entry limits;
• Submits false, misleading, or synthetic identity or payment information;
• Engages in abusive, defamatory, threatening, or harassing communications towards Promoter personnel or community members.

15. Changes to These Terms

15.1 Right to Amend: We may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time — for example, to reflect changes in law, regulation, security, payment processing, or how our promotions operate. The version of these Terms in force at the time you enter a particular draw governs that entry.

15.2 Notice & Acceptance: Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you via the Website, the App, or email. Your continued use of the Platform, or entry into any draw, after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Cancellation, Suspension & Correction of Draws

16.1 Our Rights: We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, void, postpone, or re-run any draw, entry, or prize where reasonably necessary due to genuine error, technical fault, fraud, abuse, compromised integrity of the entry pool, or events beyond our reasonable control.

16.2 Refunds on Cancellation: Where a draw is cancelled before it has been drawn, affected paid entries will be refunded to the original payment method or credited as site credit at our reasonable discretion. Save as required by law, this is our sole liability to you in respect of a cancelled draw.

16.3 Statutory Rights: Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.

17. Pricing, Descriptions & Obvious Errors

17.1 Manifest Errors: We take care to price and describe draws, prizes, and cash alternatives accurately, but errors can occur. Where an entry price, prize description, cash alternative, image, or draw detail contains a manifest (obvious) error, we are not obliged to honour it.

17.2 Our Remedy: In such cases we may cancel the affected entries and refund the amount paid, or — where a prize has been mis-described — supply the correct item or provide the applicable cash alternative.

18. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems;
• use bots, scripts, macros, or any automated means to interact with the Platform or enter draws;
• exploit, or fail to report, any bug, glitch, or error in your favour;
• resell, transfer, lend, or share your account or your entries; or
• abuse, threaten, defame, or harass our staff, our partners, or other users.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, voiding of your entries without refund, and forfeiture of any prizes, in addition to our rights under Clause 14.

19. Intellectual Property & Platform Licence

19.1 Ownership: All content, software, source code, designs, graphics, animations, text, trademarks, logos, and branding on the Platform are owned by or licensed to RAFFLEBOT LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws.

19.2 Limited Licence: We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for entering draws in accordance with these Terms.

19.3 Restrictions: You must not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform, except to the limited extent permitted by law.

20. Mobile App Terms

20.1 App Store Rules: Where you use our mobile app, these Terms apply in full, together with the terms of the relevant app store (including the Apple App Store and Google Play). Where an app store's rules require, those rules will prevail to the minimum extent necessary to resolve any conflict.

20.2 Provider: The app is provided by RAFFLEBOT LTD, not by any app store. The app stores are not responsible for the app, its content, or its support.

20.3 Updates & Devices: You may be required to install updates to keep using the app. We may add, change, or withdraw app features at any time. You are responsible for your device, its security, your internet connection, and any associated data charges.

21. Third-Party Services & Dependencies

21.1 Reliance on Third Parties: The Platform depends on third-party services, including payment processors, the Public Drand randomness network, hosting and infrastructure providers, SMS and email providers, identity-verification services, and delivery couriers.

21.2 No Liability for Third-Party Failure: We are not liable for failures, outages, delays, or acts of these third parties that are beyond our reasonable control. Where a dependency fails during a draw, the draw will pause and resolve once the service is restored (see Clauses 9 and 25).

22. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAFFLEBOT LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and agents against all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

23. Geographic Access & Availability

23.1 UK Only: The Platform is intended for use by eligible entrants located in the United Kingdom only. Entry is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

23.2 Access from Elsewhere: We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. If you access it from another territory, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

24. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms:

• "Platform", "Website" or "App" means the RAFFLEBOT website, mobile application(s), and any other platform we operate through which entries can be made.
• "Promoter", "we", "us" or "our" means RAFFLEBOT LTD.
• "Entrant", "you" or "your" means any person who registers an account or submits an entry.
• "Competition" means any prize competition, promotion, or prize draw operated on the Platform, including auto draws and instant-win games (each also a "Draw").
• "Draw" means any prize competition, auto draw, or instant-win game operated on the Platform.
• "Entry" means a validly submitted and allocated entry, whether paid online or made via the free postal route.
• "Instant Win" means a prize revealed at the point of entry, as described in Clause 6.
• "Bonus Draw" means an end-of-game grand prize draw, as described in Clause 7.
• "Site Credit" means non-cash credit held in your account wallet, as described in Clause 4.5.
• "Drand" means the Public Drand Distributed Randomness Beacon maintained by the League of Entropy.

Interpretation: Headings are for convenience only. "Including" and "in particular" mean without limitation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa, and a reference to any statute includes any amendment or re-enactment of it.

25. Limitation of Liability, Force Majeure & Governing Law

25.1 Force Majeure & Third-Party Outages: The Promoter is not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, hosting downtime, telecommunication disruptions, cyberattacks, severe postal disruptions, or temporary outages of the Public Drand network. In the event of a Drand network interruption during a scheduled draw, the draw will pause and resolve upon the next successfully published Drand round.

25.2 Financial Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of RAFFLEBOT LTD arising under or in connection with any promotion shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid by the entrant for the disputed entry. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

25.3 Severability: If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by an English court under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force and effect.

25.4 Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
