Frequently asked questions

Q01What happens if the competition doesn't sell out?

We still draw, on time — no postponements. The winning number is drawn from the full ticket pool, not just the tickets sold. If the draw lands on a number nobody bought, the bot transparently redraws the next attempt — every attempt is logged — until it lands on a sold entry, so a genuine entrant always wins. The cap is never extended to delay a draw.

Q02How is the winner picked?

The winner is drawn from a public drand randomness beacon. Before tickets went on sale we committed to a specific future drand round; at the exact moment the timer hits zero, the bot reads that round's verifiable random value and reduces it modulo the total ticket count to land on a ticket number. If that number wasn't sold, it redraws on the next attempt — every attempt is published — until it lands on a sold ticket. You can fetch the same beacon round yourself and re-run the math — we publish the round, every attempt, and the result.

Q03When and how do I get the prize?

Within 48 hours of the draw closing we'll email you to arrange delivery. UK addresses only. Prizes are brand-new, factory-sealed, with full warranty receipt transferred to your name.

Q04Can I take the cash alternative?

Yes. Every physical prize has a cash alternative listed in the spec sheet — you can opt in any time before dispatch. Money lands in your UK account within 3 working days.

Q05Is there a free entry route?

Yes — postal entry with a skill question is available by post to our registered address. Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries.

Q06How do I watch the draw?

Every draw is auto-rendered into a short video pushed to the RaffleBot results feed minutes after the timer hits zero. It's signed, archived, and shareable.
